They have the worst customer service I regret going there biggby is so much better if u make a mistake at dunkin donuts they make fun of you and they have anger issues I hate it, never going back ever again.

Went to get bagels and donuts for a morning meeting.
The 12 bagels, variety, sliced came NOT sliced, and NOT a variety. 11 plain and 1 cinnamon raisin. And only 6 oz cream cheese for 12 bagels - not enough.
I also asked for a medium iced coffee with cream. It was 50% ice, 45% cream, and maybe 5% coffee. Honestly it just tasted like cream. I took one sip and left it on the counter.
There were 4 people working and it was fairly busy but service was SLOW and the employees all just seemed...Sad.

This is the worst Dunkin Donuts ever! They never ever pick up the phone! ALWAYS out of donuts. Open 24 hours but NEVER be at the drive thru! I've went 6 different times over the past 2 months and no one is ever at the drive thru window at night. The employees goof off and be in the back ignoring customers. It's been this way since they opened a couple years ago.

I usually love dunkin donuts, but this location, for some reason always messes up orders. Something is usually always wrong. They don't have good listening skills when you try to place your order. However, the menu changed lately which also makes it even worse. But they never smile, they aren't friendly, their slow, cranky and don't bother to say "oppologeze for the wait", smile and provide friendly service. A smile and friendly attitude goes a long way when you try. Attitude is important. There's new people all the time so I assume they are not happy with their employer. They passed the blame on us when the person behind us was loudly saying how they were so slow all the time... I understand not providing top service for that person, but they were not paying attention for our order and offered the same service to us. So at least be respectful and understand the customers who are trying to be respectful.
