McDonald's

I normally can't day much good about McDonald's. But I have tho be honest. This location is unlike most locations. The food is always fresh and hot. The restaurant is always spotless. Most importantly and one you be proud of is the staff. The most friendly, professional, welcoming staff. I won't write a review for any other McDonald location. This one is the best.

This is by far the slowest McDonald's ever. I have spent more than 20 minutes stuck in the drive through. One time I paid for extra toppings on my flurry and did not get what I paid for and on top of that it was melted due to the long waiting time. Anyone with a right sense of mind knows to serve the ice cream last so it does not melt, but apparently the workers here are lazy and dumb. I will say they have a manager who is really nice and he always goes beyond his duty to please costumers. He is super fast too at serving food. I believe his name is Christopher. He is the only reason this place got two stars and not one.

The problem I'm having with all McDonald's is the drive thru service. I would say that 70% of the time they forget something that you ordered, paid for, n asked the person who hands you your food to insure everything is there.... And it's not

Lisa and Cassie make the late night stops quick and easy. Hot food, nice workers.

I'd give them a zero if I could. I waited in the drive thru for 20 min and when I got to the food window they were just talking with each other. Took them 5 more minutes to notice I was at the window and then I had to pull off to the side because they were waiting on nuggets. I'm still waiting. Hopefully I get my food soon or I'll just have to go to work hungry....
