BIGGBY COFFEE

This is absolutely the best Biggby in the entire Lansing area, and is certainly the best that I have been to. I drive miles out of my way just to go to this one, and regularly. The staff is friendly, upbeat, fast, and treats everyone well. They also (several members of their staff) have a phenomenal memory for their regulars' preferences. Their customer service is top notch. A particular shout-out to the Saturday morning crew. They perform like a well-oiled machine, and are always fantastic even with immense pressure. I literally cannot say enough good things about them.

Okay so here is my experience. First , I got a warm welcome and my order fast and friendly and right. Then I sat to drink and watched an older gentlemen come in and the staff was so friendly and these kids were so respectful and kind and brought him his drink and made small talk. You don't see service like that often and I was moved by it. Owner listen up! Your staff on 10-17-17 at 950 am is Great! I was only here for a meeting but bet that ill be here again when I come to lansing.

This is a nice meeting place but ever so "cookie cutter" and unauthentic. The specialty coffee is okay but the brew coffee is over acidic with a burnt taste. Bagels and muffins tasty but mostly purchased from a Sams Club like facility, nothing fresh baked.

Love this biggby!! It's better then most around!! I love all the staff especially Ben he's my fav!! Keep up the good work!!
