McDonald's

I went there tonight to order 4 snack wraps for dinner I finally get home and ready to chow down. As I open the first snack wrap I smelt a musty odor hitting my nose. I shrug it off and look down at my snack wrap and it had mold on it! So I checked the rest and guess what all molded! Someone seriously needs to check the food before it’s even made. Needless to say NEVER going there again. As for that one star I can’t give it a zero.

I swear every time I go here their machine for making deserts are down , the last month alone i have been 5 times and all 5 times I can't get my frappe. Update 11/7/2017(Changed to a three star from a two star ) since the upgrade I have been pretty satisfied with my visits. I don’t go here to often because of past experiences but I got to say they are earning my business back each visit . I don’t want to get to ahead of my self so I will come back and do another update in a few months.

This is the worse McDonalds ive ever been too. I'm a very respectful, nice guy; but in the nicest way I have to inform everyone to not go to this restaurant. There was a car in front of me after I got to the second window with its lights off waiting for its food. So I pull up to the second window and they gave me my drink and told me to go in a parking spot on the side to wait for my food. I waited there for 20 minutes and saw for cars leave in the line because they were frustrated about the wait. I promise I am not exaggerating with the story. I totally get it as fast food, and I respect people in this industry. I saw one of the workers cleaning up a spill with a mop. That might have been an issue but I can clearly tell you that it shouldn't take that long to serve people food if there's a tiny spill on the ground I even looked inside the restaurant and it looks pretty dead. I can't imagine what those other customers were thinking to that were in that long line of cars for the take out. Do not go to this McDonald's! I explain do not give them business they need to learn their lesson if we're going to help them in society. I want them to be successful so they need some form of tough love. They also gave me cold fries and didn't give me ketchup up with my Big Mac meal. This place is a disgrace and they need to do better

Need a whole new staff!!! Place is dirty, food just thrown in bag and just plain rude! Please get some new staff because this use to be our favorite mcds :(. We were there for over an hour and not one staff cleaned anything we brought to their atention and when we asked for toilet paper because the bathroom had none the girl with no name tag simply said when we have time smh

What would you expect from McDonald's same ole same ole, the service isn't the great you pay what you get for... They don't know how to treat a customer right but yet they hand out receipts with codes to give them your opinion... Wow so you get a free burger or free something when you buy one, how is that free when it's full price you can use it on a combo or anything.
