Very nice atmosphere comfortable and able to have conversation with a friend easy didn't feel like it was overwhelmed with music or that everyone could hear our conversation.

Count your Timbits people!!! I ordered 40 Timbits at the Grand Ledge store and the staff gave me 29.... Twenty Nine! 😳 39 would have been understandable, but how are you 11 off? When I told the staff they offered me 10 more. 🤔 Mind you, these are 2 different employees incapable of counting. After pointing out that only makes 39, they gave me 2 more.... 1 Timbit for my trouble of them trying to short me, twice. Seems like they’re deliberately shorting customers to pinch pennies.

Extremely unprofessional, the employees are incredibly lazy and stupid. I order lunch, I was told they were out of kettle chips. I said, I can wait for them to be made if thats possible. I heard another worker say "they are just in the back." She then informed me I would have them in a moment. I get my food and leave. Luckily, I looked at my sandwich and they forgot to put the tomato on my sandwich and they apparently forgot to take the wrapper off of the cheese!! I went back inside to get a new sandwich, and hear the man who is remaking my food say, "can you bring up the tomatos from the back?" So youre tell me that you are out of chips and "forget" to put tomatoes on my sandwich because you are too lazy to get the ingredients from the back??? PATHETIC. I will never go back to this place. Extremely disappointed and far more disgusted!
