Very friendly and helpful staff, they really go the distance to help you.  Inventory is good and they stock things the big franchises do not.

The owner of this store refused to return or replace a set of LED lights that were clearly defective. This is the worst case of customer dis-service I have ever seen anywhere. There is a much better Home Hardware in Ladysmith.

GOOD STAFF THAT ARE AVAILABLE
One thing that cheeses me about the other hardward stores in town is how hard it is to find someone to ask for help. I don't go here too often but when I do, the staff hit the nail on the head and make sure that I find what I am looking for AND ask me what I am working on so that they can give any other further advice.
