Awesome store alert - tons of products!

Small town store. Limited options for many of the items I was looking for. Has the basics and useful for a last minute item. Wish they carried better quality items for the BBQ or lighting. Reasonable priced and friendly staff.

I was so impressed Josh's service at this ACE hardware. He was knowledgeable and provided great advice on my renovations. He was easy to talk to and did not pressure me. Easy to communicate with and to plan despite doing it all over the phone. Even when he didn't have something in stock he looked around and made it happen and arranged for delivery. More importantly even after I made a mistake with my order he helped fixed it. Definitely A+ customer service. Not something I got from some of the other places on the island.

Needed plumbing parts, but they weren't all there. The staff member, also the cashier, was doing what she could to help customers, and she was doing well at that. She was amiable and helpful to the extent that she could. I will have to go to a different store to get the parts I need. But that happens time to time.

A huge selection of home improvement tools and supplies, as well as day to day items from garden to kitchen, plumbing to painting. Competitive prices for a decent selection of hardware, you can save a trip out of town to Canadian Tire or HH for most things by heading to Ace. The staff is also knowledgeable and friendly.

Great little hardware store with a really large well priced selection of tools and hardware. And very reasonable shiiping times for out of stock or items not carried in store. And the prices are very competitive with any of the larger chains. They are a Mom and Pop type store that remember your name and what you've bought in the past and seem genuinely interested in how your past projects have worked out. They are knowledgeable about the things they sell and can help you make the right choices with what you need to get your job done. I know this may be sounding like I am a paid commercial but nothing could be further from the truth. I believe in supporting smaller businesses but won't if they suck just read about some of my other reviews. But if a business deserves it especially a smaller one then I do what I can to promote them. Even if it costs an extra buck for the same item from a Walwort or The Homeless Despot it's worth it to spend your money at the smaller place. Corporate giants kill our community's small home town businesses so support you mom and pops.

Josh and the team where great. Our impact drill was not working and Josh bent over backwards to help us. In doing so, we were able to serve and care for our Handyman client. Thanks Josh for going the extra mile!
