We going here for 20 years I understand the fish are expensive recent visit resulted in the fish it was so thin it was chewy. The ratio of batter to fish has been changed to make it in the more attractive price. it would be nice if they had two versions. one like the old days. and the current thin fish deal

I've been eating Duckworth since I was 8 years old so for 50 years now and it is good except it's so greasy you could ring it out. The fish and chips at the halibut house and everything else on the menus outstanding and grease free and way cheaper

My favorite fish and chips place. The interior has a classic, timeless charm. Portions were great - Ordered the seafood platter with haddock and everything is cooked to perfection. Fish and chips places come and go, but Len Duckworth's maintains the high standard it has always held.
