I’m not a big pastry guy but oh boy does this place hit the spot. All of the pastries on display looked fantastic and they have a very cozy/inviting interior. super clean too! Brioche sandwich was also very delicious. I didn’t care too much for the coffee but everything else was superb!

I have bought treats from here a couple times. Last week i picked up a individual cake and a chocolate croissant. The cake was nice but it was $7? Which is fine, its a treat and you will only eat it once vs buying a whole cake. However the chocolate croissant was a complete disappointment. I'm sorry but at $5 for a single chocolate croissant that had no real chocolate in it, its unacceptable. You sell a premium product and I paid a premium price, I expect better.

Oh my gosh, too cute! This place is just beautiful. I like how this venue is all of cozy, classy, and spacious. Of course, everything is spotless. And the baked goods. So much goodness. Sweet, rich, decadent. Everything is fresh, baked that day. The macarons are tasty little treats. Know that there’s not much by way of gluten free just the macarons. I’ll definitely be visiting here again. Great place to pick up a treat, sit quietly by myself, or catch up with friends.

First time being here. I've always seen lineups on the weekend so I went on a Tuesday morning. It was fantastic! Delicious foods and good coffee in a cute atmosphere. They put in a lot of effort to make your experience enjoyable.

Great preorder service to skip the long line. Packaging is nice for gifting. Recommend the duke cake for chocolate lovers and all the seasonal items.

I am from out of town and needed a pick me up. I had heard about the Duchess Bake Shop so I headed on over to check it out. So happy I did as I was not disappointed. One syllable....mmmmmm. I bought 2 butter tarts and a raspberry & white chocolate scone.

I used to go with my whole family to this place at least once a month. and couldn't go there for about 8 months. Then got a chance to go there last week and we were so disappointed. 1. very less varieties in the cabinet. 2. priced very high like 9.50$ per some pieces where you can enjoy the same in a good quality coffee shops around 6$ in Edmonton. 3. quality of sweets are way lower than I remembered and expected. only good thing never changed was the staff service. They are very good with serving customers as always. and sorry to say I am not coming back duchess, you lost my whole family and we found a good quality coffee shops in Edmonton with good quality and fresh items with very reasonable price. hope you will correct your strategies and would like to give a chance in another 6 months to make my mind and come back to your place. Nice pastry but kind of large for one person especially the lemon tart. It's much more spacious than before the expansion. The Americano is super. We waited for a while until somebody bother to take our order and it was not so busy. It's worth it because I brought a guest with me. New visit today and all is good and the seating are much better. The expansion is a very good idea.

One of my favourite bake shop in town! Yum! Their cheese croissant is one of the best in town! So crispy outside and soft inside Lunch is decent price and tasty. It's very good. I love the sandwich that not too many sauces. Ham and cheese are good portion. Cheese croissant is as good as always. London fog is great too.

Incredible pastries and very personable service. The baking is renowned and world class. Be warned that some days the lineup is lengthy but well worth it. Clearly this is a ritual for many Edmontonians on the weekend. They seemed to have lost a step through COVID. This location doesn't have the same vibrancy it once did. But nevertheless, it is your prime destination for macarons and other fine pastries. 5 x
