Castella Cheesecake

The tart was soo good! I was hoping for the inside to be a bit more smooth and creamy, but it was still really good. This is best to eat right away, because after waiting it gets crumbly. The yogurt drink was also tasty, but not exactly my type of drink.

Excellent! The cheesecake is very smooth, creamy, delectable and the crust is perfection. I tried the blueberry flavor and couldn’t detect too much blueberry but that’s fine, it was still like the original - which was fabulous. Yogurt strawberry slush was great as it wasn’t too sweet.

My new favorite is their cheese tart. It’s delicious and satisfying. It’s very creamy and the tart is perfectly bake. I tried the yogurt slush as well. It is refreshing and tastes good.

I bought lots of the Japanese cheesecake but the taste is not the same as the one from Vancouver. The cheesecake has an off taste. It's like the smell of car oil. The texture was also crumbly nothing similar to the one from Vancouver.

Nice staff. I tried the classic Japanese cake 2 times and can tell the quality is not consistent. I previously tried Uncle Tetsu and it is definitely of consistent quality.

Their cheese tarts is so good! There’s a reason why it’s their best seller. I tried the chocolate croissant there’s also original and earl grey and it is probably my favourite so far.

If you like a rather cream cheese texture/taste of a tart then I would recommend trying the tarts here... The cream cheese shake was pretty good too and worth a try. The texture of the tart pastry was buttery and flaky in a good way, the inside/filling was cream cheese heavy, a different but good in an odd way mouth feel and taste. Worth trying at least once.

Excellent delicious tarts!!! Love the runny cream cheese inside Must try their Japanese ice cream! Omg that's better than what I have in Japan. The staff are very nice and friendly too! Definitely will come back!

Love their way of making cheesecake! Their cheese tart emphasises light crust and rich cheese custard inside. The crust is just so crunchy yet not too thick! Plus they give $10 vouch for order more than $35. Last but not least is their friendly staff!

Very delicious whenever I want something that isn’t too sweet I decide to come here, but I took off a star because it’s not always consistent, sometimes the tart is thick and smooth like cream cheese and other times seems undercooked and is a bit more runny. Also some of the staff wait around staring at the machine to see if you’re going to tip or not even though they’re just putting the tart in a bag with fork with you…. Lol
