Downtown Dental Associates

I had a great experience at Downtown Dental Associates!! They fit me into the schedule last-second, and were so welcoming and friendly that i felt as though I had been going there for years! My hygienist, Jess, did an amazing job welcoming me and taking care of the preparation work, as well as an amazing performance during the procedure. The dentist did an unbelievable job fixing a (obviously) very important front tooth! I would recommend Downtown Dental Associates to everyone for any dental needs! Thanks again team!

Was overcharged on a visit to the York and Adelaide location on March 29. I've made four visits to the location to remedy the situation and the front desk person continually makes excuses about why they haven't refunded the overcharge yet claiming that they need to wait. It's been four weeks. Terrible customer service from front line staff--great hygienist.

I had my first appointment yesterday and was very satisfied. Very punctual. Staff is courteous and makes you feel welcome. I will return.

I went in today for a cleaning, and before I even made the appointment the girl at the desk called my insurance company and assured me I was fully covered. When I was done with the appointment the other girl demands $37, I refused, she said whatever, I walked out. My guy warned me not to go here as they made him wait too many times.

I recently had a dental emergency and called Downtown Dental Associates due to their proximity to my office. They fit my appointment in right away, which was very accommodating. When I arrived, I only had to wait 5 minutes before I was asked to come into the exam room. I first meet with the dental assistant, whom promptly answered all my questions and was very kind in doing so. She was also incredibly patient, which is rare to find in a busy dental office in Toronto. I shortly after met the dental hygienist, Precious, who was equally as kind and accommodating. She quickly examined my tooth did the work and did an amazing job! I’ve been to a lot of dental clinics and so far Downtown Dental Associates offers the best service- and their prices are surprisingly affordable. My tooth looks great, and I could not be happier with the results. Thank you Downtown Dental Associates!
