Bite Dental - Toronto Dentists

“Not a great place!!!! Find other dentists better than this!!!!!!!” They dont even tell u that even if ur new that u need to pay when u need to cancel which is stupid. WHY DO YOU GUYS CHARGE A LOT EVEN THOUGHT WE HAVE AN INSURANCE?? EVERYONE WILL GET CHARGED $50-60 FOR CLEANING, MY FRIEND HAD AN INSURANCE THAT COVERS 90% OF THE CLEANING BUT THEY TOLD HIM THAT HE NEEDS TO PAY $60 AND I HAVE 80% COVERAGE AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I NEED TO PAY $55 WHICH DOESNT MAKE SENSE COZ HIS IS 90% AND MINE IS 80% THE AMOUNT SHOULD BE LESS THAN MINE. MAKE SURE ABOUT UR DESICIONS! DONT JUST LET THEM DO WHAT THEY WANT AND LET YOU PAY SO THAT THEYLL HAVE THE MONEY TO THEMSELVES!! DONT U EVER GO HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT!! HONEST TO GOD.

The dental office is my least favourite place to go to. I was hesitant to come here back in 2015 but now, I can only trust Dr. Liang at Bite Dental! He is friendly and professional. There was one time when a part of my retainer wire on my bottom teeth came out. I needed an emergency appointment because the wire was poking my mouth. Dr. Liang was not there that day so I was seen by someone else. He decided to put new "glue" on top of the old glue to put the wire back on my teeth. I remember wondering why the dentist didn't remove the old glue because after the procedure was done, I had double the coating of glue behind my teeth. It was uncomfortable. The next time I saw Dr. Liang, I mentioned it to him and he admitted that the other dentist did not do the right thing. He offered to fix the poor job the other dentist did at no charge to me. Dr. Liang takes no shortcuts and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist in the downtown area. Also, the dental hygienist, Dewi, is absolutely great! If you have insurance coverage, they submit the claims for you so you don't have to go through the hassle of claiming your money back.

Hygienist was thorough and professional. She explained everything and it ended up being one of the best cleanings I've ever had. My dentist, Dr. Yeow, did an excellent job with my crown, it feels just like my own tooth! Also glad to hear my age earns me a discount... LOL

Great place, great staff, great work. Friendliest dentists and hygienists and support staff. They take insurance from UofT, give you a student discount and NEVER gouge you.

Front desk staff is incredibly nice, but the quality of the dental care is very poor! A veneer of mine came off and so I went to the dentist to have it reattached. The dentist attached the veneer with some weak cement, in a procedure that took 2 mins. I was charged nearly $200, more than $100 of of poucket. Within 3 days the veneer had popped off again. I went back and was told that they don’t have the correct cement to reattach a veneer and an entire procedure was required. Meaning, the first dentist had not provided proper care. To top it off, since they did not have the cement in the office, I was told I would need to wait two days, with no front tooth. In the end I went my regular dentist in thornhill. They did administer a refund for the entire amount paid out of pocket, but they did keep all the money gained from insurance. I would not reccomnd this dentist! Try someone else!
