If you are looking for a solid dental office, Cityview Dental is it. From the moment you walk through the door, you are met by friendly faces. The dentists and hygienists are amazing. They are comforting and extremely knowledgeable and always take the time to explain options and prices to you. I feel that my oral health is in good hands. I am so glad I switched over from my previous office and finally found an honest and extremely competent dental office for my family.

Dr. Liu was a great dentist and very thorough with my initial assessment. She took the time to ask me about my previous dental record to build my profile. Karen was also an awesome hygienist, she noticed that I had a sensitive tooth and would work gently around it. Great service, will be coming back for sure!

Found City View Dental on Opencare and I was very pleased that I did. Highly recommended!!!!!!! Location: Great downtown location and easy to get to. Close and right off the Gardiner, which is great for anyone coming into downtown. Environment: clean and modern! The only place where they had massaging chairs while they clean your teeth. Dr. Liu: Knowledgeable dentist! Thoroughly did a oral examination and went over my xrays with me which were digitalized after taking them. She has a paperless approach and everything is digitalized, except the intake form which I think should also be digialized. I find filling out forms prior to any service visits saves a lot of time. Cleaning, hygienist and staff: I informed the clinic that had very sensitive teeth even with the use of sensitive tooth paste. They made a note of it and during my cleaning they offered numbing gel and if that did not work Dr. Liu could come and administer freezing. Hygienist I got was very nice, patient and took her time to make sure I was comfortable. Most of all the hygienist smelt great! (This may sound silly to review but when you’re so close in other people’s face it is good to make sure your breath doesn’t smell bad or that you have body odour. I have gone to many different dentist clinics and I had a problem with the staff smelling like their lunch through their masks and clothes.)

5 star experience from the minute I walked through the door to the minute I left. Incredibly friendly receptionist who took care of my insurance no questions asked. I didn't wait more than 2 minutes. In previous experiences I have seen the dentist maybe for a total of 2 minutes before I was left with the hygienist. Dr. Patricia Liu took a great amount of time to explain my complete dental health and fully explained all my options. The hygienist was superb, friendly, and so gentle. From start to finish I felt as though all the staff at Cityview Dental truly cared about me and I was just so impressed.
