City Dental Toronto

Went in a few months ago, on a Saturday. The hygienist was extremely rude and condescending. She blew cold air on my teeth, and once I reacted to it she was very displeased/surprised that I was sensitive to cold air. I mean, don't you see these issues in your line of work? Why are you acting like I'm abnormal? Dr.Gill did a great job of replacing my fillings. The other dentist didn't even bother, even though I mentioned it. Cancelled my upcoming appointment. Not worth it.

I went in for a check up...(first one in a while). I was really impressed with this office. I was referred by a friend - I saw Dr. Gill for the exam and he was amazingly comprehensive. I've never had a dentist explain things to me so much. I really appreciated his laid back style, he didn't make me feel bad about not flossing- he just gave me a clear plan to make my mouth healthy and keep it healthy. I'm very happy I found this office. Highly recommended.

There are not enough amazing things to say about City Dental!! Dr. Gill is extremely thorough and informative. He literally guides you through the entire procedure to ensure you're informed and comfortable at all times. I can't speak about people leaving reviews from a visit YEARS AGO! (which is a little ridiculous, especially in such detail), but I can say that I've been going here for years and will never go to another dentist. Example: Dr. Gill was able to remove all 4 of my wisdoms in one day, and I was back to work the next morning. Talk about easy and painless! They were even amazing enough to help me with the insurance companies to ensure I didn't struggle financially. Who goes that beyond? I've never been cut here, and never needed to visit a doctor after, but some people panic and wiggle in dentist chairs. Just relax, they are professionals! Yasmin and the front office team are so polite and helpful. Honestly, City Dental has set the bar. It's no longer about a dentistry, they provide a level of service quality unlike any other dentist I've been too...did I mention the TV on the ceilings? Yupp, AND you get to hold the remote control to chill and enjoy! Truly, Best Dentist ever!!!!

My visits have always been very pleasant. The staff is friendly and professional. They have always been able to make me feel comfortable. The office is conveniently located which makes heading to Eatons centre after my appointments very tempting.
