When I arrived in Toronto, I was looking for a new dentist who would not try to "sell" me things but really seek my interest. So I did several where I really didn't feel good. Then I discovered this clinic and I couldn't be happier. First of all, the receptionist is surprisingly kind and always smiling... Then the dentist, Dr. Abbas Fakih is extremely patient and attentive. He took the time to explain everything to me and only offered what I really needed. In addition, he showed real professionalism in each of his gestures and was careful to make me feel comfortable. He is sincerely one of the best dentists I have had and I will not go to see any other dentist as I really feel confident in this clinic. So I highly recommend this place.
Incredibly efficient and friendly staff, it’s easy to book or change appointments. Not a bad word to say about this office! My dental hygienists have all been excellent. My teeth come out sparkling clean!
Doctors at Bay college dental have been taking care of my teeth for nearly 15 years… for a reason. Every single person in the staff is so welcoming and very professional My two kids have never been afraid of visiting, quite the opposite always very excited to visit their doctor and show off their dental hygiene. Great experience every time
My family has been a patient of Dr. Mehrain for years. He has consistently provided excellent dental care in a calming, caring and patient focused manner. The staff and atmosphere at the office are very professional and efficient while at the same time warm and welcoming.
For decades I've been scared to go to the dentist but my mother was recommended to go here and I can understand why. We've both been growing through our issues with our teeth and experiencing immense pain and we've been treated with respect here. Never pushed or judged harshly just treated. I've had two root canals so far and I know my teeth need a lot of work but I feel as though I'm in good hands.
Hygienist, Angela, was well informed, and friendly. She did a great job cleaning. Appointment was within 5 min of scheduled time. They had HEPA Air filtration for each room. Only criticism is the layout of the waiting room was not conducive to any social distancing and they ran out of chairs for patients because of patients who bring large families with children to their appointments. Perhaps an area for the children is needed to leave room for patients in the waiting area.
The Dr and her assistant were so friendly and fast at everything. It was an amazing experience. The ladies at the front desk have very good customer care as well. I can easily refer my friends to Bay College Dental Centre. Keep it up Aloysius
The staff were so friendly and cooperative. And jasmine the hygienist was so perfect in cleaning my teeth I felt so comfortable and happy about my shiny smile . She cleaned my teeth from her heart and gave me advices . Thank u. Dr abbas is the best proffessional dentist i ever seen . I didnt feel any pain first time in my life .
Angela is an amazing hygienist who has deep knowledge and rich experience in this field. She has been extremely patient and gentle with my treatment, I can't thank her enough !!
I get a big smile with a friendly greeting every time I go there. Professional staff and their service is wonderful. I recommend them to all of my family and friends.
