Recently visited for some dental work, and had a great experience. The front end staff were very helpful, courteous and accomodating. Laura the hygienst, Dr Sasan and his assistant Kathy were very professional, compassionate and attentive, throughout my entire treatment process. Highly recommend

There’s a higher than zero chance that these people will drive you insane. These people will bombard you with emails and phone calls for YEARS, even after requesting to be removed from their lists MANY times. Mind you it's not because you owe them anything. It’s because they apparently just enjoy harassing people who no longer want to frequent their office. Incidentally, I stopped wanting to frequent their offices because they bombarded me with endless emails! Regarding the last point, they’re in gross violation of Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation CASL. For starters, they send out unsolicited emails. I’ve called them numerous time to ask them to stop , but apparently I'd be better off discusing differential calculus with a potato. On top of that, their emails don’t have an unsubscribe mechanism, something all commercial emails must have. Even when I marked their emails as spam, they still found a way to get into my inbox instead of going directly to spam. Then there are the endless phone calls and voicemails requesting you to book an appointment, ignoring the fact that you’ve called and emailed them on several occasions requesting that they never contact you again. They just don’t care. Perhaps they think I have Alzheimer’s and hope that I'll simply forget the years of annoyance they put me through. Perhaps they sold their email list to Jen Shah, and she’s angling for one more big score before going to prison. Who knows? What I do know, however, is that there are only two things that’ll survive a nuclear apocalypse: cockroaches and Harbourfront Dental’s unsolicited attempts at communicating with you.

Very happy to have undergone a major dental procedure performed by Dr Sisi and Sarah. Very professional, high quality results, safety always in mind, and have addressed all my concerns. I felt calm and relaxed all the time I was in the clinic, and the outcome was a success. Together with the rest of the team at Harbourfront Dental, they have provided me an overall wonderful experience which I highly recommend to anyone in search of the best dental service in town.

The team here is great,from the reception to the Dental team. I normally have Dr. SiSi ,Sarah and Tenesha. I feel comfortable with everyone. Been with this Dental office for 35years. That should tell you something. They take the time to explain all procedures, payment and follow up. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming and now, you get to play pacman, while you wait. I love it! They can do better about cross-contamination. The assistant touched medical equipment, then the door knob, and then put medical equipment my mouth. The dental hygienist was not careful during the cleaning-I can taste my own blood and she was poking at my gum a lot. I’ve had better cleaning sessions when the hygienist wasn’t poking at my gum. Doctor Sasan is great though. He’s very thorough and I feel well-taken care of.

I was a little hesitant when the former dentist retired. However, I've been to the clinic several times both for cleaning and for a crown and a small repair on a chipped tooth. The hygienist I now have is excellent and works quickly. Dr. Sassan is a very good dentist and he has a very warm pleasant manner. One thing I like a great deal is that he stops frequently and asks if you're ok before continuing. He seems to genuinely care for patients well being. Highly recommend....

I started going to this dental practice about a year ago and I'm really happy with them! Everyone who works here is super nice and helpful. My regular hygienist, Vinny, is just the best! She's super precise and painless with cleanings, and is a treasure of a person who is friendly as heck and great to chat with. Cleanings always zoom by! I am uninsured and I appreciate that they are always very accommodating with up-front discussing costs of services when I request it, delaying certain services when I ask them to, etc. They are always very kind and understanding about this, which I appreciate. Overall really glad I started coming here.

I came to Harbourfront despair trying to get help with my crowns after a very disappointing experience. It was a complicated case that not any Dr. Would dare to do. Dr. Sasan Shahrbandi new exactly what to do and I had a fantastic job done within couple of weeks. I’m very grateful with him and his team. His dental assistant is very efficient and lovely. I’m very lucky that I found him. He is very professional and will tell exactly what you need nothing extra or unnecessary things. He has lots of experience and after 6 months my crows are perfect!! I’m very happy I found him and his team.

Have been going to Harbourfront dental for many years now despite the distance, would never switch. Great quality work, friendly and clean. Receptionists were very friendly and efficient. My hygienist is Laura and she is super friendly and thorough. Dr Sasan made me feel comfortable and I felt in good hands. I would highly recommend this office.
