Dosa Garden

After a 3 day trip to Banff and Jasper we stopped at Calgary for a night just before return to California. We craved for South Indian food and found this place which had good reviews. We ordered DG signature dosa, rava masala dosa and veg Uthappam. All were excellent and good sizeable portion. We topped it up with Madras coffee - also very good. Overall a great experience and we def recommend. Vegetarian options: Lot of veg options

Last week while shopping we thought to eat outside . So we chose to try Dosa garden in north east. It was Boxing Day I believe. Service was little slow so gave four stars, I think staff was less that evening. Not a wrong decision as food was really good. My whole family enjoyed the meal.

Came here for breakfast while visiting Calgary. Parking is not an issue, there is a huge safeway nearby so the parking lot is pretty huge. The food was great. We ordered idli, medu wada and mysore dosa. Wada and Dosa were my favorites here! Service was amazing. The crew really cares about providing quality food with the right temperature. They brought items in order we wanted and also checked in with us before they started prepping the dosas so we got them hot. Madras coffee was good too. We enjoyed our food and highly recommend our friends to try this place when in Calgary. Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options!

The food is always fresh & tasty. The dosa are outstanding the chicken noodle dish 10/10 every time! Passionate lovely owners. Atmosphere is nothing special but it’s clean and that’s what matters this place deserves the 5/5Food: 5/5

I visited this place on a Monday evening and it was my worst dining experience in Canada. It took forever to get the food. All customers were complaining or leaving the restaurant. Couldn’t enjoy my meal at all. DisappointedRecommended dishes

The food is amazing. I love coming here with the whole family cause they have something for every person's different taste. If you want it spicy or mild and everything in between. The service is great, and they are always very attentive. I love the simple yet cozy feel of the place. It's one of my go-to places for South Indian food for sure!!

Praveen was so attentive and kind as our server. My husband wasnt sure about south Indian food, but this place won his heart and his tummy. I actually closed my eyes with amazement while taking a bite! The taste was so perfect. They could spend a bit of money on a professional cleaning company to do a deep cleaning though still love the place!!!!!

We were thinking of having some dosa on a super hungry night and found this place. Upon getting there, found the menu had a lot more than just dosas. My mind was set on a dosa, so I ordered a masala dosa which turned out to be quite huge! The dosa was crisp and the chutney dips were good as well. Friends also ordered the beef ularthiyathu, thattukada beef curry and Kerala porotta. Man, I couldn't have enough of that ularthiyathu with the hot, flaky porotta. I am definitely going back to try the combo again.

This place is absolutely amazing. I want to start with the food. I wish I took pictures but it was so good at first bite I couldn't stop. Dosa are absolutely amazing. Manchurian chicken was spot on. Everything has great spice. I just can't stop eating. Please come and enjoy this place. It's worth the waitFood: 5/5

We ordered catering yesterday;mutton biryani, chicken 65 and payasam for a small party. It was really good and was welll appreciated. It was authentic South Indian. Thanks to the chef Praveen
