We randomly came across this establishment. Not knowing what to expect because Desi Restaurants are a hit or miss. Honestly, we’ve been to a lot of Indian restaurants throughout Calgary, and this was the friendliest place we’ve ever been too. The service was top notch and attentive. Lovely music choice and family vibe.  The food is truly a home cooked experience. I mean this not as a hyperbole but as a fact: this place has the best Daal I have ever had in my life. It was impeccable. We left after scraping every last bit of food to save for later, and got some sweets to go.  I think we found our new Indian place.

We land in there unexpected, without any plan to visit. And place is too good and friendly.  We have ordered veg food for our family dinner and it was really good.  Ambience is not that great, sometime you may feel bit congested but it is Ok as many tables are there, can skip the one after actually occupied one.  Quality and quantity both are to the expectation, staff do come and ask your feelings.  Prices are also on nicest side to believe. This for the new management team ! If you haven’t been to this amazing place, you owe it to yourself to go. After a long time, I came across a restaurant with authentic Indian taste. The food took me back home it was so delicious. One of the best in Canada we had so far. Absolutely love this place, definitely a gem  of Calgary, will most definitely visit again. Nice and courteous staff & lovely ambiance. Highly recommended !!

First time to eat on an Indian restaurant since it is a recommendation from a friend. It’s not a bad experience but I feel like it could’ve been better. We ordered 2 different types of kebab with biryani and 2 other curries which I don’t remember the name. Highly recommend the kebabs here!  This restaurant specializes on Indo-Chinese cuisine. If you are not a fan of Indian food, you can order Chinese food here for an alternative.  They have a large variety of food here and and a small bit of Chinese food. Most choices in the menu is fairly reasonable and not too expensive in here  It is a fairly new restaurant since it replaced Humpty’s. Parking maybe a problem in here during busy hours since it is shared by other businesses and wait time for tables will not be that long.  Customer service is great, sociable, and very friendly.  Only complain is that most of the food here is spicy since I don’t like hot foods at all. I asked to limit it down a bit but when I tasted it, it’s still very spicy and my friend said that it tastes the same since he’s been here before.  Overall, it is a nice Indian restaurant for me to start with and I’d definitely come back here in the future.

We wanted to have supper at 9pm and this place was a pleasant surprise! $22 per person all you can eat Indian food. Their mango lassi is flavourful and rich. I could taste real mango in there.

Modest place with good service and food. The tandoori platter was really good. Just the right amount of spices and falling off the bone. Butter chicken and palak paneer was also very good. Naan was well made. Won't say this is the best I have eaten but really good.

Very delicious Indian food. My friends and I enjoyed it. The food comes in significant portions. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Recommended!

Probably I had ordered today from one of the worst Curry resturants of Calgary. I had ordered Paneer Lababdar and Garlic Naan, it was hard to find more than 5 panner cubes from the whole sabji.    It felt like panner lababdar was just made of 5 Paneer cube and rest what left was lots of oil and onion. Also there was no garlic flavour in there Garlic Naan. There are way more better restaurants in calgary than this one. The only good thing about this whole experience was that the food was ready at the promised time. I am amazed by seeing that this resturant is having 4.6 star Google rating, seriously??

Shady indian restaurant not recommended. Owner doesnt care abour service i was served dirty plates with red and green sparkles on it. Very unhygienic. All the food was under seasoned. Not authentic at all. Very old oil used for cooking, it wasnt good had an off smell to it.  Avoid if you can there are many other options available in calgary for authentic indian food.

I visited today and the food was amazing. It was true to taste. I loved the drinks lemon soda and nimbu pani. I will definately recomend the restaurent. It made our day in calgary.
