Surplus RD

We bought a GE dishwasher which my husband picked up late yesterday afternoon. It was taken out of the box to be installed this morning but could not because the bottom part was cut and cannot be used. I called the store in St Leonard only to be told that I could not return it to the store for a refund. I could not return something that I had had in my possession for not even 24hrs!!! Completely unacceptable! We even bought an extended warranty! I was told to contact GE customer service. I was not pleased at all, very bad service from the store. The dishwasher had been picked up less than 24hrs prior! I contacted GE where I was told they would have to send a technician to see the part is to be changed or all replaced!!! We do not want it repaired, we want our money back! Never have I seen such bad, irresponsible service on the part of the store. It is our first and last time at RD Surplus! I want this settled ASAP!

Very good prices and quality. In my experience, the couch delivery was late by 4 hours and was missing the cleaning kit that I baught. I went to the store about a month later and got it. Would buy again

This place has the worse furniture ever . my sofa I bought like a month and half ago looks like I had it for 10 years and its making sounds already. I have the five years warranty. I send the email to them they take forever to respond. And no one has come to see the problem
