DO NOT USE THIS BODYSHOP!!! They claim to provide award winning restoration and repairs but when I followed up with a poorly done door realignment job and the head estimator tried to tell me it was like that when I brought it in. They banged the door back into place and very noticeably dimpled the frame around the door. I will NEVER use this body shop again and I STRONGLY RECOMMEND you go elsewhere.

Everyone at Donn Dean is great. I run a small fleet of vehicles and have always brought them to Donn Dean when needed. Their work is always top notch along with their customer service. I never hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for collision repair.

2nd time visiting this repair shop and still astonished with their work. Even though this visit involved a minor repair, they finished in 2 days and bumper looked good as new. Even detailed my interior dirtied by my kids. Overall, satisfied with the work done. Forgot to ask about details of work but outcome was impressive. Thanks Judy at reception for quick in:out service.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this business. First of all when I put my car there to be fixed on 23/08/2016, I was told it would take 5 business days but it took 18 days . During this time, I wasn't even called to be informed about the repair process and why it took such a long time . After I got my car, I realised they removed the lock button on my lift gate and they did not replace it. Second, due to the accident I had, the rear carpet hooks were broken and were not replaced or fixed, and they did not let me know about it either. These two mistakes have a huge effect on my car price sale, and as a result today I have to incur a big loss.
