They ordered a wrong part for my car. Wasted whole day. Ended up ordering a new part. Owner did not wish to resolve with supplier. Out of goodwill, I paid them over $150 for price of wrong part to make up for their work anyway. That's fine, understandable. Few days later, dropped car in for a glance, took less than half an hour, did not find problem. Owner demanded money (in cash). Paid them, never returned again. Great way to run a business and appreciate favor.

David is an amazingly honest, genuine, kind owner of this business who takes care of his staff and customers like no one I have ever seen. As a business owner I am glad to bring my fleet of vehicles as well as trust him with my personal vehicles, family's vehicles, and friend's vehicles. He always goes the extra mile and so many times people I know and myself have been surprised how good the work is for how amazingly priced it really is. Issues do arise with part suppliers and human error but A & C Auto always fixes it because that's what wonderful Mechanics do...the fix things! Took me an entire life time to find a great mechanic and he was highly recommended by my mom's best friend's nephew. We are very glad we got that recommendation and they are always busy because their customers I'm confident do the advertising for them allowing them to save money and offer the best prices while keeping quality high. ~Ray Mahbubbi CEO

David at A&C is my go to for any mechanical work whether it be a simple oil change or something far more complex. They've always been upfront with their work and costs and always stand behind the work that they do. Anyone i know needing mechanical work I send their way as I know they will be well taken care of!

We needed an oil change for our Jeep. We arrived and it just took them about 30-40min to get everything done. Super knowledge and friendly staff. We even got some recommendations for our canada roadtrip. Would go there again.

This service does not even deserve one star but ...here is my story: Took my car in for some repairs, it was in their shop for over a week (no curtesy car). They have changed number of parts including a rack and pinion which they have explained that it is used but in perfect condition and advised me that they have drove and tested a car for longer than usual in order to make sure that everything is smooth and safe. Got my car back and after 1st ride realized that my steering is worst than it was prior to them changing this rack and pinion thing. Both a new part (rack and pinion) on my own and took the car back to the shop asking them to replace it at their cost. I was clear that I feel that car is unsafe and that I am driving 2 kids in this car and I need it replaced asap. I was told that they can do it but I will have to pay for the servicr again, and that I will need to leave the car in the shop again for few days in which case they would not provide me with a curtesy car. My second option was to wait for the shop ower to come back from his vacation and then to come back and talk to him and see if he would authorise this work at their cost. There was no way for me to be without a car for longer than that day, which I tried to explain to their 'boss' who decided to tell me to 'have a good day then' and walked away from me. After this I walked into the office in order to find out business license number as I will make further complains....I couldn't see license hanging anywhere so I politely asked same 'boss' where is his license...he said: "There is five hanging on the wall, how come you can't see, you blind?". I said that I am not blind but still can't see and asked him to show me....he found it burried underneath some posters. After this I took my car to different mechanic and explained the problem, this new mechanic has asked me if I know if car had been aligned as it is a must when steering repairs are done. I said that I don't know, he then asked for the invoice which should state all the work that has been done to the car, I have never received this. I have paid for this service over $700 by VISA and only received VISA printout. All in all, horrible customer service, no apology what so ever. No accountability, unreliable and incompetent. If I could, I would rate this -5 stars. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
