NR Auto Repair

I've been coming to this place for years. They have never let me down. I came here thanks to the good advise of a friend who knows all about repair shops and mechanics. He does buy and sell cars for a living. And he always sends me to the best ones. So he sent me here and I've been coming ever since. No problems, decent price, good attention/service, relatively fast. I even tried other places to compare them all and I always fall back here. No complains at all, I'm very happy with my experiences I've had here for about 10 years. * Hateful comments with the intention to miss inform or bring down the reputation of a business is against policy for local guides. I don't agree with what is said negatively about this business on another comment or review and it's my duty to report it. It's the right thing to do.

What a great experience. Went for back brakes thinking they were gone.. they told me I'm good for a while yet :) honest and fair pricing that he quoted me prior to checking my brakes. Ask for Neil. Great guy!

Best auto shop in the Lowe mainland. They always get their work done in a timely manner at prices that are affordable. Top notch service and quality. I will be taking all my vehicles their for life. Thanks Neil.

I was recommended to Neil by a friend. My friends had purchased a car from him and he was extremely satisfied with both the price and the condition of the car. I normally do my own work, but was unable to bring my garage/tools with me when I moved to Vancouver. I saw a few things with my car that I wanted inspected further. I gave Neil, the owner, a list of six things to look into. He was very straight forward with what was wrong (and what wasn't), and gave me a quote to fix the issues at a rate close to what it would have cost me to do it myself. Overall a great experience (something typically hard to say with a mechanic) with Neil, the mechanic and his staff. Would and will recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable mechanic.

I'm noticing a few vile reviews, please don't make your decision based off of those. The Owner, Neil, is a very down to earth and very pleasant to deal with. Thank you! I can honestly say that out of a lot of businesses in this industry, and i know this industry pretty well as I grew up in and around it, NR Auto is an absolute breeze to deal with. Me and a friend of mine have been taking our vehicles here for over a year now and NR Auto came highly recommended to me by a coworker who has been taking his vehicles to NR Auto for years. They are a no bull kind of place and they don't hit you with secret charges. They are upfront with you on everything and affordable. If they can't do something they give you recommendations on what you can do or where you should go. I promise this is a good mechanic shop and recommend it to anyone needing work done on their vehicle.
