Excellent service!! Staff are very helpful and professional. They ensured my car was properly repaired with no imperfections left behind, after it was hit and run. And the quality of the work on paint job was top notch. They went above and beyond - even fixed the old scratches without additional charges.  Highly recommend!! And definitely will be back for future car repair needs.

Great experience in the shop! The workers are very nice and genuine especially the owner Jagder. When my car got hit, they gave me advice on how to approach the situation and broke down all the cost. It made me feel like they genuinely cared and wanted to help! At the end my car was fixed properly! So If you want a fair price or just a professional advice in times of need, definitely come to this place!

Extremely happy with the service. I called after an accident with my Tesla model y. Brought it in for an estimate, and just over a week, the part came in, they painted it and replaced my side mirror. The service took approximately 2 hours and they even offered to drive if I needed to head somewhere close. Accommodating, honest, efficient and professional. Fix Auto was referred to me through a friend. Had an ICBC repair claim  for my Mercedes GL350 and had a great and professional experience there. Service was exceptional from the moment I walked into the shop.  I was taken care of right away. I received a courtesy call from Jag for arranging a courtesy car then later  following up to update on the status of my vehicle. Timing was prompt. Few days later, I received another call to ensure I was fully satisfied with the service.  I’m very satisfied with the body work. they also did a great job detailing  my Vehicle as a courtesy. As a woman, it's sometimes uncomfortable to walking into repair shops but they took their time to review and explain everything with me. I highly recommend this shop! These guys did an awesome job fixing up my tesla. They fixed my car faster than my time estimate and they even let me pickup the vehicle on a holiday too. Today they even followed up with me to make sure that my car isn’t giving me any trouble. I would highly recommend. These guys are also one of the few shops that work on teslas.

Jag and the staff here are the best in the business; trustworthy, courteous, respectful and efficient. You can trust them with your car and know that they will do an awesome job.  They are very transparent from start to finish and explain everything so that the everyday person can understand what they'll be doing. They breakdown the costs of parts, labor, time, etc. So that you know what you're paying for. The price is very reasonable and the workmanship is outstanding. Working hard and efficiently, the time it takes for them to fix your car is good and fast. They provide a courtesy car if needed and even wash your car inside and out.  I never once felt uncomfortable with their services and highly recommend them to anyone who needs autobody work done. Thank you to everyone at Fix Auto Burnaby South!!!

Thankyou soo much guys for everything you did. My experience was 100% -5 start! From first day till the last they took care of our car and answered all questions. They even updated each single detail. My Tesla is back just because of them. Whenever you wanna get your car repairs go for it from here! They’re the BEST!

The car body repair was quite good.  Staff very friendly, very accommodating in saving the internal door parts for me.  They managed to save the car from being disposed despite ICBC's low repair limit due to the vehicle age.  I really wanted to keep vehicle Suzuki XL_7  as it was  quite trouble free, reliable Japanese Made.Service:&nbsp;Body &amp; Trim

The staff went above and beyond for me. Their customer service was exceptional, always so warm and friendly! Their service was diligent and efficient taking time down to the smallest detail. I don’t live in the area, but heard such good things so I went there. I would recommend them in a heart beat!!
