What do you want from your mechanic? Respect, Honesty, and a very reasonable price? These are the values at Hansig and why I've been taking my Audi A4 here since I discovered them in 2007. I once even tried to go to another independent Audi/VW specialist in Burnaby - BAD IDEA. I came back to Hansig. If you're tired of the stealership and the other amateurs out there, bring your car to these professionals.

In this world it's hard to find people you can trust, I TRUST HANS AND HIS CREW! We were referred to Hans and have had no complaints. In turn, we referred a number of our friends to Hans who are happy we did. The mechanics are diligent and care about the work they do. It's not about piling charges on the customer bill. In our case, the mechanics proved to be problem solvers and kept our first vehicle running long past when it should have died. We now take our second vehicle there for maintenance and any needed repairs. We all have choices and you can take your car to anyone for repairs, we did and paid the price until we found out about the quality people and work at Hans.

DO NOT GO HERE!! This place was recommended to us after our car broke down. We gave them a set limit and explained that it was not in our budget to make repairs over a certain amount. They told us they would keep the car overnight to inspect what needed to be done. The next day they called to tell us that the work had been completed (without our authorization!) and that the final bill would come to three times the amount that we had expressly said was our maximum limit. We asked them to reduce the cost, and are now taking them to small claims court to settle the difference over the unauthorized work. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else! These guys are scammers and they will try to screw you. Fair warning!
