Domino's Pizza

I've never left a negative review for a restaurant before. I've worked in the industry for a long time, so I am pretty forgiving. It took almost 2 hours to have a single large pizza delivered on a Thursday afternoon. Pizza was luke warm at best once I received it. I can't recommend this Dominos at this time. I would not have been nearly as upset if I was contacted and the delay explained. Again, I totally understand. However, a 2 hour delivery of a luke warm pizza with a quoted expected delivery time of 45 minutes and then no follow up about the delay is not acceptable.

Tonight I ordered w a 30-45 min wait,no prob until they take it upon themselves to give me a diff crust and make me wait even longer over an hour n a half worst experience w them I won't be ordering here again!!!!

our company orders here weekly, and everything is always correct and hot! good job!

I would give zero stars if possible. My pizza took one hour ten minutes to travel half a mile, despite an estimated delivery time of 22-33 minutes. My pizza was finished after 20 minutes according to the pizza tracker, delivered ice cold 50 minutes later.

Came in at 11:30. They hassled us about doing there job because they wanted to clean instead. Offered us old food that we didn't order and were not happy when we declined. Once we got home and opened the food it was burnt and uncut.
