I notice most people share negative reviews rather then positive. Times are estimates they are not always accurate. Managers are human they make errors. I have ordered many times and if an issue occurs they fix it as quick as they can if not they make it right best they can. Whether free food or a remake. Only issue us the drivers and delivery fee. 3 dollars makes it seem as if it's a fancy place 2.50 is amore reasonable price it makes ppl less likely to tip. The drivers need to be more friendly.

What is up with this Pizza Hut?? Whenever we place an order--it's always a disappointment. Soggy pan pizza [although I always ask for it to be well-done], soggy fries (The fries, actually, are not bad at all: if only they could be delivered faster, they would be great.); missing dipping sauces (which btw, you pay extra for), no crust flavoring (although I put it in my orders). No, I'm not being bit***. And I completely understand, that PH is not the high end gourmet pizza--I don't expect anything magical, really. I'm only trying to get something edible. Is that too much to ask? I don't think I'm ordering from them anymore.

NOT a fan of this Hut....ordered a pizza in June, the longer time it took for delivery wasn't as bad as getting a pizza that was not what I ordered. While eating the 1st piece I wondered why it tasted so different than the last time....it had the wrong sauce. I called them to tell them of the error and mentioned, as I already started eating it that it was edible....the manager was like, great, glad you like it. I told him edible wasn't the same as liking it and I really didn't want to wait for another that night. I received an email that I could get a free pizza next time. Today was my next time and apparently the offer expires and they wouldn't honor it although they had the info of the mix up from my last order. So, long story short, I've received pizzas that the dough wasn't fully cooked, long wait times and finally wrong pizza. I've decided to give other pizza places a try... I never write reviews, and maybe this one is fueled by hunger and disappointment but I'm choosing elsewhere... and, as I'm typing, my pizza just arrived ( quickly) from a different place of course 😊
