The service and food is usually good when we come here. Lots of televisions with things to watch. As it gets busier, it can get louder. Popular place for groups of teenagers to go and hang out. They handle big groups pretty well. The place is usually pretty clean as well. We have had positive experiences each time we have come in.
Food was cold. Informed the server and they just took the food back and put it under a warmer for a couple of minutes. It meant the plate was warm but the inside of the boneless wings were still cold.Food: 1/5
We ordered food to go, wings, a hamburger, and a cheese curd bacon cheese burger. Wings were great!! Burgers.....not so much. They were paper thin and broke apart when you picked them up. It’s almost like they were rolled out like a pie crust, smashed with a tennis ball, and deep fried in grease until they were crispy like burnt cheese in the bottom of a pan. Called the manager, he was good to deal with. Apparently this is the new “smash burger” they’ve been serving for over a year. First of all, I don’t think you can call this a burger and second of all we did not order a “smash burger”. I recently ate at BWW out of state and the food was amazing and burgers were, well actual burgers. We will probably never eat at BWW in Brookings again, which is a shame as they were one of our favorite places to eat once upon a time.
We went there for lunch and had good service, ordered onion rings were good. Ordered traditional wings, not the quality they used to be. But still had good experience.
Last time we were in. The wings had no sauce on them. Took forever for someone to come to our table. The food did come out quickly.Food: 2/5
Second time we went into the Brookings SD Buffalo Wild Wings, got seated by a hostess and left after 20 minutes without one person coming to our table to wait on us. I complained to the manager and she looked around the whole time I spoke with her. All she said was sorry, have a nice day. There were only 3 other tables that had people who were already eating. Don't think we will be back anymore.
Service was below average. Also, I ordered 10 traditional wings, all "flat" sections of wing. Actually got 6 drummies, 4 flats. Bright spot though, this BWW is still better than the one in Watertown, SD about 50 miles north on I-29.
Definitely a to go place. This place has a variety of wings and sauces. You will never regret if you go there on Tuesdays. Everything is half price . If you are a sports lover, then it’s definite place to go.
Some employee named Ben Olson was fast, accurate, and always made sure I was taken care off. Too bad the rest of the staff seemed like they were only there to socialize and act like simpletons.
4th time in a row I get my order wrong never again ordering from B dubs. Paid 40 and got boneless when ordered traditional
