Little Caesars Pizza

Ordered on line. Was supposed to be ready in 25 to 30 minutes. Went to pick it up and had to wait another 25 minutes. We ordered 4 pizzas. Got home and half of the order was barely warm and soggy. It was like half of the order was made and the other half was forgotten about until later. It wasn't overly busy. There were only 2 people in front of me. Worst food I've ever had from there.

It's a Little Caesars. Pizzas are cheap and range from pretty bad to decent. But the odds aren't terrible and you can usually score a good pie for an affordable price. Options are very limited.Food: 4/5

Portage Little Caesars is garbage. Pizzas are never cooked, never. Always undercooked dough. They don't offer some menu items at this location either. And if you have the displeasure to go inside you'll be treated with a Manger who couldn't care, and a terrible staff. I don't blame them though. I wouldn't work for that manager either.

Busy Friday nights can lead to a 30 minute wait time resulting in an uncut & under cooked deep dish pizza. No dinner tonight, just in store credit.

Ordered online. Pizza wasn’t ready for over 50 minutes past the scheduled time.. They’re always late but this was insane. Much rather have my $10 back. Not gonna get the hour of my life I wasted at this disgrace of a business.

Hobart should learn from this location! Not only the kids are friendly but they have a full crew here unlike hobart where your lucky if theres two employees working & not to mention they rude as h3ll! I drive farther to come to portage but its worth itFood: 5/5

I was a little disappointed $8.01 for a pepperoni hot-n-ready. It was good don't get me wrong. But I really liked the $5.35 price alot more. The pizza was the same just the cost went up

I visited this location last weekend while stopping in town for a visit with family. I ordered a few pizzas. When I got there I had to wait an additional 30 minutes even though I was given a pick up time. When I asked about how much longer the kids were very rude and laughed in my face. There was no urgency even though the place was filled with people waiting. They were more concerned with their cell phones. When I got home I opened up the pizzas and they were all undercooked. The pepperoni pizza had a bandaid on the side of the crust. I called the store but to my “surprise” the punk who answered told me nobody there had a bandaid and hung up on me. I attempted to callback a few times but no answer. I called the next day and asked for the manager but they told me she was too busy. This was the poorest of excuse of service and food quality I’ve ever received.

I ordered online and accidentally put a pickup time for 915 instead of 815. I went inside and asked if I could have them start it sooner because it was still an hour away until it was supposed to be ready, and I had made a mistake. It was a classic cheese and breadsticks The girl working had no clue what anyone was asking it seemed. She thought my pizza was another one that looked as if it had been sitting all day. I told her it wasn’t mine. She said she couldn’t start my order sooner because the ticket wasn’t out yet, so I asked her if I can just get my money back. She went to the back and came back and said “No, I don’t think so.” We wasted time and came back about 45 minutes later. I saw a different person was on counter so I thought I would try again. He also seemed confused and tried to give me the same pizza the girl tried to about 45 minutes prior. I said that’s not mine and they tried giving it to me earlier. He asked if I wanted it, and I replied that it looks old and I do not. I asked if I can get my money back and he said yes. The manager came up to refund me, and said your order is coming out now, are you sure? I just got my order and left. If the first clueless employee would have given me a refund, I wouldn’t have been mad. My order was simple too. I will not go back to that store.
