Dominion Medical Centres

I haven't had a single problem with any of the Dominion locations. The Doctors have been great. I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. They had a clear plan ready for me immediately and they referred me to an in-house dietician and an in-house health nurse, both of whom gave me amazing advice. I was below the diabetic level just 3 months later thanks to their guidance and support. When I had questions, they were answered quickly and directly. They have been supportive and helpful in every way, including workplace health surveys and safety-sensitive medical reports. Sorry to hear others have not been as lucky.

I went to Dominion Medical Centre as a walk in, after seeing several doctors and not getting the proper diagnosis and treatments I have finally gotten answers and been referred to see a specialist. Dr. Khan really knows what he is talking about and as far as medical professionals he is someone I would like to see again in the future. I was very pleased with the experience and felt like my health and concerns were taken seriously and all my questions were addressed. Thank You very much!!

Worse clinic ever. I only went there just because it’s very conveniently close to my home. Which was a big mistake. We met with Dr. Khan whom was such a rude, ignorant and inconsiderate doctor, if I can call him a doctor. This clinic is failing miserably. I took my little son to see Dr. Khan and the guy didn’t even examine him after waiting for 2 hrs. They put us into a room just before closing time so the doctor came in rushing and didn’t even give me a chance to explain my sons illness. He even gave out some sarcastic and rude comments in my face. I honestly I don’t know how he got his license and how and why this clinic still running. Shame on you Dr. Khan. I highly don’t recommend him.

Hey everyone want to know the true problem with this clinic? It's OWNER. I feel so incredibly vindicated to see exactly what I expected happen to this clinic happening.... When I was here the doctors were awesome! Truly cared about there patients. The problem 110% is with MANAGEMENT. Treat your employees well and they will take care of you. Keep cutting corners.... how's it working out for you? You want top quality service for your customers then you need to attract qualified staff with decent pay. If this business is going to succeed listen to the criticism and LEARN.

Waited from 9:20am until 12:30pm at this location until seeing Dr. Khan. Walk-in waiting times are a joke. I came in with a sore and swollen knee. He took one look and immediately diagnosed my problem as arthritis. He suggested I start taking Advil and all future activities should only include light walking or elliptical. There was no suggestions for theriputic exercises. As a runner, I have had knee problems a couple times before and they've been treated with rehabilitation (specific exercises that slowly increase the range of motion, massage therapy). I'm not a knee expert but don't tell me I "definitely have arthritis" with out x-rays and that my days of an active life style are over.
