I went there several times for my kidney problems recently. I met different doctors and other staffs and they are all super nice people. I actually got my CT and specialist appointments arranged 3 month earlier here. Though I found quite a few negative reviews about this clinic, I think I’ll give it a shot to see the improvements.

My first couple of visits 2 years ago were great. Since then, the entire clinic has gone to the toilet. No one can understand a word I say when I call, the wait times are 1.5 hours no matter when I attend and the medical advice is shotty at best. Not sure what happened to this place, but Youtube is more reliable than this clinic.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! WORST MEDICAL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!! If I could give this clinic a zero star rating, I would. Forget about your appointment time, expect to wait 30 minutes at the bare minimum to see a doctor. Then you will see a Dr for approximately 2 minutes, they won't explain anything that's going on, DON'T CONFIRM YOUR IDENTITY, and then send you on to another appt/doctor/test so that they can milk as much money out of your billing hours as possible. No one ever explained the whole process to me, they sent me from one appointment to another, from one test to another, And from one doctor to another. Each one spending the least amount of time possible with you and then sending you on to something else so they can book you in for another appointment and bill for it. There will be multiple doctors in the room (with no explanation as to why that is), they speak to eachother in another language in front of you, and you're clearly the topic of discussion, but then never bother to let you know what they're talking about. Then, to top it all off, they'll lecture you about safe sex even though that's not related in the slightest to what you came in for and I discuss those topics with my GP.

It's tough giving this clinic only 2 stars, but I feel it's fair. The physician I've seen several times is a fantastic physician! Definitely a 5 out of 5. However, in my experience, there are 3 down sides to this clinic. 1. I've waited 2 or more hours (with an appointment) to see my doc. Several times. While I use that time to sort through my purse, organize paperwork, or do other things, many other patients openly express upset and anger because they're waiting 1 or 2 hours or more with an appointment, so I know it's not just me who is kept waiting. But I haven't complained in person yet about long wait times. Last time I was there, my doctor stopped in the corridor next to the open exam room I was in and began a lengthy chat/catch up on old times session with a former colleague he hadn't seen in a while. As I sat waiting. And waiting. I thought about that for a few days afterward, and decided it was an inconsiderate thing to do and showed a lack of respect for my time, so I'll be much pickier in future about how long I'm willing to wait. 2. The self-identified "physician" my physician calls his assistant. She doesn't listen, isn't familiar with my medical history, is patronizing, and rude. She comes into the exam room first each time for some unknown reason. Two visits ago, she came into the exam room, sat down, then just blurted out, "You need gastric bypass surgery!" I mean, most people would say hello first. Anyhow, I told her I don't need, don't want gastric bypass surgery, and suggested she had the wrong patient file. But she insisted I need GBS. Never mind that no physician has ever mentioned it, I've never given it a thought, and I'm currently fat because I'm waiting for a totally different, completely unrelated surgery (nothing to do with my digestive system or weight management) and, after surgery, I'll finally be able to exercise again, so the weight will come off on it's own. She also consistently asks inappropriate questions that are absolutely none of her business (or any health care provider's business) and have nothing to do with my health care in any way. Add to that she seems absolutely obsessed with booking me in for a "complete physical", despite the fact I've said no several times. If it was a pre-op thing, I could see it, but it isn't. She wanted to book a mammogram too, despite me saying no, despite the fact I'm not yet 50, and despite the fact no one in my entire family has ever had breast cancer, and I don't have any lumps or irregularities. She also wanted to book other tests that have nothing to do with pre-op. She tried coercion (one visit), then she tried scare tactics (another visit), then the threat of withholding services (last visit) such as withholding access to a prescription (a refill for 6 Ativan to get me through more dentist appointments for broken molars) or not being able to see my physician again, which is extremely inappropriate. No means no. Which brings me to number 3. 3. Some of the staff are great. Others... not so much. I keep running into one or two office staff who absolutely won't tell me the name of number 2 (who won't identify herself by name), who seem to have trouble understanding me, who don't seem to understand I don't want to book a complete physical or other tests number 2 keeps bringing up, and who won't stop regularly phoning and leaving long messages about how I have to book an appointment for... well... I think you get the idea. About 10 days ago, I even went in in person again to ask them to stop phoning about those tests, and said if the phone calls continued, I'd have my say on social media. *Ding* I thought I'd made my position clear (again), but the phone calls and long messages have started up again. Very frustrating.

I have been a patient with the clinic for a few years now. Initially the clinic was run quite well, but began to go downhill in terms of customer service. I assume it is because they became much busier in a short period and poor office management. This is something I've noticed with other young clinics. However, in the last two or three months, from what I have seen, the way the office is run has improved greatly. I would say the clinic is above par now, compared to other medical centres in the city. It should also be noted, that all the doctors I have been treated by in the clinic have always been VERY good. Like, every single one is a solid listener, and they take the time to talk with you.
