The orthotics Annice custom made for me work so well. My feet were getting numb mid way in my class and after I started using the orthotics, I totally forgot about my feet. This was great! Thank you.

This company has been nothing but professional with me. Very easy process to make an appointment, quick and efficient on-boarding process, and very happy with the therapeutic massage treatment I am receiving. I recommend them.

I've seen the lack of results coming out of the clinic. I work at another Physio clinic in the city and was employed at another one before this. I wish I could turn back time to have my boyfriend be treated at one of the ones I was employed with. But due to distance from home, I referred him to Rejuvenation physio. Huge mistake!!! This place is just a money grab and they don't do anything but throw machines on to do the work. No manual techniques and obviously no time to be with the patient. Exercising? What's that? Do them at home not here attitude. I now work with a physiotherapist in my current place of employment and I found out by chance that she used to work there. She didn't like it there due to these and other reasons that she felt was not in the best interests of the patients concerns and needs. It's really to bad that I find this out now. Never again will i suggest anyone go to this clinic. Go somewhere else people!!!

Three years ago I broke my back while I was working. I had to apply for WCB which payed for my treatment. I did my physiotherapy sessions at Terwillegar Centre. I worked with 3 different physiotherapists. One of them was very brief, one session she kept me there for only 40 minutes instead of 60 min. The second PT did not give me too many details about what she was doing. The last one was the best, she put me back into my shape and fixed my problems. She was the best I've ever worked with, highly motivated and hardworking. I think she left the company shortly after I finished based on one of our last discussions we had. I also got my orthotics through this company at the end of my treatment. A few days ago I went there to make an appointment for my 7-year old son. I noticed he doesn't step properly (heels going inward). I asked them if they work with kids and if the kids are usually covered by Blue Cross. They assured me they do it and alll I have to do is to bring my kid there to have his feet scanned and so on. Today I wend there with my kid. Anita LPN who orders orthotics asked me if I have a prescription. I said no and I wasn't told I need one when I asked before I made the appointment. I assumed a PT would do an assessment and order the orthotics for my son. Anita` also added that the orthotics are not coverred by alberta blue cross. I told her I got mine from them 3 years ago and they were covered. I also asked her to cancel my appointment and suggested her to talk to the front desk to give proper information when someone asks for. Well this is my story with this company and I am very disappointed. I am not their client anymore as they made me waist my time by not giving proper information when I requested them.

I have had nothing but great customer service from everyone that works in this centre over the last few years. From last minute massage bookings, to cupping. I have made sure to refer the therapists at Rejuvenation Health Services to many of my family and friends.
