You know how sometimes the universe intervenes to your advantage? I had sustained a nasty broken and dislocated wrist with 3 badly shattered bones and subsequently had an appt with a well-known local physio clinic. One day I noticed a sign on 23rd ave mentioning hand & wrist physiotherapy. What? Fast forward - after working with Tina and her team at Advanced Health & Physio for only 4 months am already at nearly 100% functionality. They are knowledgeable, caring, authentic and intuitive. I could not recommend them more highly and am so grateful for that moment of universal intervention!
I have been going to see the team at Advanced Health for quite a few years now. They have helped me navigate, heal, and recover from a few different injuries. Very grateful to have them on my side! 10/10 would recommend coming in to meet the team and receive some treatment

Tina helped me recover from both debilitating hand and shoulder injuries, both of which couldn't be helped by other physiotherapists. I would highly recommend the staff here to anyone in need of help.
I was referred to this clinic by my daughter, who raved about the staff and care. Having hurt my knee the week prior to Christmas Day, Tara and the team were able to accommodate me as a new patient on short notice! Love the atmosphere when you walk in, very friendly, knowledgeable and caring, would highly recommend them! Ive been at the clinic for 6 treatments, my physiotherapist Tara is caring, always asks how healing is progressing, keeping me on track to regain full motion in my knee so I can get back to doing things without being in pain.
John has been my physiotherapist for many years for various injuries. I highly recommend any therapist in the clinic, from who I recall the owner Tina, and another therapist Tara, and John. I also recommend other physiotherapists for their training in Chinese traditional medicine. I have gained friendships through my time at the clinic, and pleasant encounters with the staff. They are extremely knowledgeable and ACTUALLY listen to your statements, thoughts and concerns, AND act upon them with reassurance. I am the type of person who is very easily injured and knowing that my best recoveries occurred at this clinic, I would recommend them to any of my family members. WCB had set up my wrist surgery by an extremely skilled Plastic surgeon, Dr. Morhart works directly with elite sports teams to treat player injuries. Upon speaking to Dr. Morhart, I learned he also holds high regard for Advance Health clinic physiotherapists, working alongside them for years. They also offer variety treatments: acupuncture, needling, cupping, traction machine, and Chinese medicine. Their location is very convenient and the clinic is clean, modern, open-concept, has a fire place, very inviting overall, etc. THANK YOU for everything especially for my most recent wrist issue, from a year of WCB therapy, and surgery. I had the best experience through and through. I will always hold Advanced Healthy Physiotherapy and Hand Clinic as a safe and special place in my life.
The staff at this clinic were friendly, nice facility and the parking was not too bad.My hand was injured at work and WCB sent me for physio. I am not an expert on hand physiotherapy. I attended a number of visits from October through to January. Jessica seemed to do a good professional job. If I had the chance to do it all over again, I would not choose this place. I never felt comfortable there from day one. I was happy when it was over.
I've been coming to Advanced Health Physiotherapy and Hand Clinic on and off for a few years now. I was initially seeing Tina for a shoulder/knee/leg injuries related to playing sports. Tina had clearly explained what was wrong with my over all alignment and posture. She then explained how the exercises we did would correct my issues going forward with constantly doing them away from the clinic as well would speed up the recovery. This was greatly appreciated and extremely useful. After the Grand View clinic opened I started going there as it was closer now for me. I have been dealing with Tina there as well, along with Betty. Both these ladies are amazing at their trade and with Betty's help in the stretching clinic I have gained movement I haven't had in over a decade. There's a great atmosphere in both clinics when I have gone. Every time I have had to go in, there has been nothing but super friendly and professional staff. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering physio or stretching. These two locations know how to get you up and going again in no time.
I had a fantastic experience at Advanced Health Physio & Hand Clinic! The clinic was nice and clean and everyone was super friendly. Physiotherapist Tina did a very thorough and comfortable assessment and she did a great job at explaining what each of the treatments was doing for the leg muscle I strained. I was given some exercises to try at the clinic and she checked my form in all of them so I could make sure I was doing them properly at home! My leg already felt better by the time I left the appointment! I would highly recommend this clinic!
Great service was provided at Advanced Health Physiotherapy & Hand Clinic by physiotherapist Tina Carter. After over-exerting myself in my fitness profession, I had a great deal of hand and wrist pain. Tina was able to provide me with simple and effective workouts, as well as an acupuncture session. I would highly recommend the services that Tina provides to anybody - in fact I already do to my staff and clients. Thank-you for making my wrist feel 100% functional now!
