Dollarama

I see that someone had posted that the staff is friendly at this location *eye roll*. I had to go in there for something that a family member needed. I asked one of the staff for help in locating this item and she just told me "it's down aisle 9", she couldn't be bothered to quit stocking items on a peg. I went down to the aisle in question, but could not find what I was looking for. I walked straight out and I won't be back for anything. You're better off looking at other Dollarama locations (like the one in the No Frills Plaza on Lincoln St.) I never had a problem with that location. Only reason why I went to the one in the Seaway Mall is, I was not the driver and they thought it was closer to go to the Dollarama in the Seaway Mall

Very ignorant customer service! Very shocked.. came here with my 2 year old daughter to get her birthday supplies, when she threw a tantrum like all toddlers do we got multiple eye rolls and when my card declined (only because i was so focussed on my daughter crying that i used the wrong one) she told my partner that next time we should be more prepared to shop there in a very rude tone.

Our favorite Dollarama in Welland always has what we are looking for. Staff is friendly
