My wrap was served like it was made by a toddler. Barely assembled well. The drink was served with pop dripping from the side of the cup. When my bag was handed to me, she barely looked at me. Apparently I’m just #965. As a previous MCD Swing Manager, I’m embarrassed for your District Manager.

A perfect rating! Me and my family stopped there for a very late dinner tonight around 9pm on our way to our summer trailer, and it was the best! Food was incredibly fresh and taste was spot on! They did miss the bacon on my brother's cheeseburger, but fixed it after it was pointed out. Every interaction was extremely pleasant and customer service was great! The restaurant was clean and welcoming too. A huge thank you to Mark, the manager working tonight as he was fantastic! He was so friendly, and didn't mind helping us with anything we needed. He even promoted the new shake and allowed us to have a small sample to take for the road. A big thank you again to the crew working tonight, you guys were great!!! :

Slowest service ever. You get sent to park and then when they finally bring the food it is cold. You would think a fast food restaurant could figure out how to get you your food quickly. Average wait in parking lot from drive through tos 15 minutes. Awful place

I was going to rate this a one star because we ordered. I'm a chicken combo and when we got it and left through the drive-thru halfway down towards the highway found out that the sandwich was extremely dry. Patty must have been in the in the warming drawer too long and the fries were cold. Turned around. Drove through again. Told him the situation they immediately fixed a problem and sent us on our way with an upgraded fries and a fresh sandwich. Excellent job by the way staff and the manager to alleviate customer complaint

For the most part I like this location but for iced coffee, it’s horrible. They are so far from consistent. It always tastes completely different from the time before. I’d say the last 5-6 times I’ve gone, only once was it perfect. I won’t go to this location for iced coffee anymore. The most recent time the colour is so pale it doesn’t even taste like coffee. Just sugar and milk/cream. And why the Christmas cups? It’s June . .
