Customer service is terrible here. Not a single employee I've ever came across is friendly or helpful. They don't even smile. I needed help once for a reasonable situation and was met woth a sigh. You leave the store feeling like you're a burden.
The store was extremely busy, but there were only two people working the cash registers. The lineup was very long, and the wait was frustrating. They should have scheduled more staff during such a busy time. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.
Great store and great staff. I go in that location sometimes twice in a week, and have absolutely no complaints.
Older man white with gray hair I believe his name is Ian was abusive towards my daughter with autism, and when I was trying to complain other customers in the store said they had also had issues with him. One said, he physically pushed her sonSo far the store has done nothing
Service was horrible and staff was rude and unhelpful. Recommend going to other dollaramas such as the one at Marketplace. Strongly suggest to never come here.
