I'm extremely disappointed on my today's visit. That visit ruined my evening, I want to cry.nnCashier scanned my items including one cheap and one expensive. But mistakenly scanned the expensive one twice. I pointed on that mistake, they clicked someting on the computer and scanned both items again. They put everything in the bag. At home I figured out that my expensive item is not in a bag. And there's no receipt. I paid a lot, now I don't know for what I paid for. My bag lacks expensive items and they's no receipt.
They have many items that are less in price that makes it worth your while to drop in. I organized my kitchen cupboards for much less.
It's worth it to drive a little up the road to the next Dollarama. This one seemed to be out of a lot of the products we wanted.
Unreliable hours.nnPest problems.nnNOT A JOKE :nncheck that your chip bags or snacks in sealed packages haven't been chewed through. Speaking from personal, multiple experiences.nnNot a staff problem in my opinion.nnComplete lack of care from higher ups general management etc
Great store, some of the employees are incredibly enthusiastic and cheerful and I love going in there. But I saw someone smoking crack for the first time there so maybe don't bring your kids to this one.
