I was very impress with Arthur, the technician. He has a professional manner,  clear communication, honesty and super fast service. That is all I needed. I brought my PC in for him to check yesterday, it got fixed in just 3 hours and run like a champ again. AMAZING SERVICE !!!

The guy was nice and patient but he gave back my computer to me without finishing the job properly. I ended up having to send it to a different place to fix it. I really don’t know where do all the five star comments are from.

Fixed my issue with my computer that no one could! You have to pay in advance, and if they cannot fix your issue you have to pay the minimum of $20. I don't know if they have a guarantee, but they definitely are good, fast and experts!
