About 2 years ago I brought my laptop here because the fan had stopped working. They were very nice, and fixed it without much trouble in about a week. However, they informed me that the fan had no controller, and so would be running at 100% speed all the time. Not knowing better, I agreed, and put up with a laptop that was always running at full speed. I reluctantly paid the 120$ that they demanded. Today I replaced the fan myself, with one I bought from amazon. I realised that the fan had a broken contact. They sold me a broken fan for 6x the price that I fixed it for myself.
We use him for all our computer needs. Never had a single issue in 10 plus years. Always great service and always a good deal.
they changed the screen for my iPhone 11 Pro Max, the screen stopped working after a month, and they say that they do not bear any responsibility and do not give any guarantees for their spare parts, very bad service and fake spare parts
I have gone to Addax many times over several years and have found their service to be very prompt and professional at a good price.
