Best place for vegetarian people. I ate Kulcha and tandoori prantha. It was delicious. Now I am always going to this restaurant because of their authentic taste and good service.

Unfortunately me and friend visited Diya had Samosa, Golpappa and not satisfied with only two because the taste was amazing. Again odred with Dosa and Puri with potato curry, Really really we enjoyed the each bite of all food... I strongly recommend who is missing Indian chats can vist here without having 2nd thought...Definitely will get the expected food here. Talking about Price Really worthy for all in the menu...

We went for a breakfast love the selection the have in menu. Made our visit with some delicious sweet taking home as well. Worth the price and taste. Must visit. Tandoori Aaloo parantha was amazing for taste but extra potato filling could have made it taste more better. Enjoy ! Parking: Spacious

FAMILY Owned business in the Newton Area! They have daily specials which cannot be missed. My personal favorite is their Tawa Parathas. Definitely give it a shot if you're in the area. If you're familiar with Bharat Parmar restaurant, this is another better location of that in the city. Vegetarian options: 100% Vegetarian place

I visited diya restaurant yesterday and their stuffed kulcha was amazing staff is very friendly service was very good. Its a best restaurant for vegetarians.

Just another typical place with average food nothing makes them exceptional to go out of the way to try had breakfast bhature were too thick and the panner stuffed was too much u can feel eating paneer prontha.and their special amritsari kulcha has nothing special about it kulchas were good filling was decent but the change they served with them were different from the one with bhatire but were too salty.nice ambiance customer service was good and price for portion of food was worth it.

Nice and cozy sit-down place, great variety and pure vegetarian food alongside a service oriented mindset + affordable prices. These things seldom come together in one restaurant. I've had their Samosa and tried a Cinnamon tea too. Happy to have discovered Diya and will continue to visit regularly. Vegetarian options: Its rare and very hard to find a pure vegetarian restaurant in Vancouver, which ironically likes to fashion itself a progressive mecca. Diya brings together good value and pure vegetarian wholesomeness in one neat and clean restaurant. Loved it! Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly and lots of seating. Parking: When I visited, there were lots of parking lots available.

I am dining here since it first opened and have always had an awesome experience. I am more comfortable to customize my orders; their staff never fail to take good care of my tastes, preferences, and allergies. It feels like a second home to me and whenever I am in a mood for authentic, simple and home-like Indian food, my mind cannot think beyond Diya Vegetarian options: Lot of vegetarian options, this is a vegetarian restaurant. Dietary restrictions: My husband has sensitive stomach so we always ask them to serve warm water and take extra precautions while preparing our meals.
