Very friendly and quick. Car is spotless, well equipped. Drove in some brutal weather and the car performed perfectly. Pricing is very competitive. Would definitely recommend renting here

Michelle was great. The truck was clean and looked new. She was thorough with her inspection and friendly to deal with. Highly recommend.

I'm only giving this 2-stars instead of 1 because the staff was pleasant enough to deal with and the car I rented was extremely efficient for driving in an unknown city. But with that said, I'm beyond disappointed with the service (of the company) overall. First, I was almost given a van to use instead of the compact car I requested (to use in said unknown city). I don't understand why you can reserve a car online if you can't guarantee one for a customer. Then upon drop off, it took at least 40 minutes to be seen and signed off for the return of the vehicle. But none of this led to such a low rating. My problem with this whole situation is that I was charged an extra $80 the day of the drop off (after I left the site), on top of what I paid at pick up. I was informed when picking up the car I would be charged a fee per day for taking the vehicle to the US (something that I think should be listed on the website when requesting a rental, just a suggestion). But when I called to inquire about the charge, I was told I was undercharged upon pick up plus I was only charged for 3 days instead of 4 (as I had requested online). But none of these fees were made aware to me and my credit card on file was just charged for the difference. I hate to be that kind of customer, but it isn't my fault that the employee that set up my paperwork didn't do the job properly. It's a clerical error on the company's behalf that was not made known to me until I called. I work in retail and if anyone I work with undercharged a customer, we would take the loss and not go behind a customer's back and charge the remaining balance. So with that, I won't be looking to rent from here any time soon
