We rented a 2016 Buick Verano with Pact Auto during the Thanksgiving weekend. It was a very relaxing trip travelling with this car. Condition of car both cleanliness and performance was great. We dropped the car after 2 days and went to Hamilton airport and heard our flight was cancelled and forced to stay for one more day.  We could not find any rental car in the airport that evening. We rang Pact auto again, The Manager was so helpful, and he opened the shop afterhours and gave the car to us for one more day. No one would have done this during a thanksgiving holiday.
