This company is here to scam you. BEWARE & AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The latest ruse of an AGENT here is to find new damage when the car is returned and charge inflated prices for repairing it. The returns team are measured by the amount of damage they find. 

The best teams find new damage on one in five returned vehicles. Agents earn $$ per vehicle for spotting damage and can make up to $1,000s per month in peak season. That’s on top of their salary. Yet some scratches you can barely see.

First time receiving poor service at an Enterprise location. Major disappointment plus my overseas credit card details were compromised by an employee. Fortunately my overseas bank seized the fraud, cancelled my card and immediately contacted me taking me step by step through what had happened. DISGRACEFUL!

Reserved a cargo van online and received a confirmation. Arrived on the day and time to find out they "no longer have cargo vans" and offered us a smaller van. If I want a smaller van I would reserve a smaller van. The rep offered no help to find us one and told us none of Enterprise have cargo vans anymore.  I had to call and found one from another Enterprise 10min away.  I went back to expedia.ca and they still have it on the list of vehicles available for reny at this location. A total waste of time!!!
