I drive 96km one way each day to work.  You don't realize the luxury of your car until it breaks down.  They definitely understand what I was feeling and going through at this location.   Brittany was very calming as she arranged for my rental to be picked up in Waterloo and did her best to get me a great rate for the 3 weeks I needed the car.  The experience picking up the car in Waterloo was hassle free and very friendly.  The car was immaculate, clean and ready when I arrived.  Both locations took a very stressful situation and made it smooth and left me with peace of mind.   I would recommend these locations and Enterprise for their amazing customer service.

These folks are great. Have rented a few times and have had great vehicles and extremely friendly service. Just what you want , especially if you have limited time, many commitments and you own care breaks down.

I rented from this location of enterprise this past weekend. It was a last minute booking that I did to make a drive up to Niagara Falls. Everyone was so accommodating even when I ended up making it there right before they were closing. When I got there I was dealing with Dan had advised me that I was getting a Jeep Wrangler ( always wanted to drive the wrangler so I was greatful on getting that). I will be going to this branch as my go to branch and it helps that i live close so it works out well for me.

Had an incredibly frustrating day with my car breaking down and needed to make it to work and with a quick call and 15 minutes later i was picked up. Enterprise was extremely helpful and accomidating. Great prices and amazing staff... Trisha helped me out huge. THANKS AGAIN GUYS!!

Had a great experience renting here.  I had no issues or problems I got a nice brand new clean car.  The staff is very friendly and helpful.  

I can't stay enough good things about Trish she is awesome made my renting experience better than I could have hoped.

I will be back next time I need to rent a car.
