I have been renting cars regularly for work purposes at this location for the last two years. It is definitely the most professional and friendly place you can possibly find for your car rental. It is well organized, cars are clean and everyone is super nice. I personally like to deal with Ravi, he is a very nice and knowledgeable young man. I would not rent anywhere else. Highly recommended!

A bit frustrated with the service. My reservation was for 10 am I called them at 9:40 to come get me and they say someone is on their way. They call me at 10am to say the car is going in for an oil change and I might be waiting a while. I live 6 minutes from the location and he states he can pick me up but might not beable to drop me off. 5/10 customer service. Why wait until you have a reservation to do an oil change? The enterprise I go to in Muskoka has amazing customer service so I am surprised with the service in the city.

Excellent service, friendly, competent staff. The upgrade to a charger was a nice bonus, very smooth ride. I actually started to enjoy driving again. Best place to rent a car in Burlington. They offer additional insurance as well.

This place is incredible! I've rented from other providers and locations before but the service here is superb - staff is super engaging and helpful! They were extremely accommodating with a last minute rental, didn't charge a crazy amount and provided excellent customer service both at the location and on the phone! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone

I always rent here, it's the best place to get a rental car in Burlington. Very new vehicles, clean and running well. Professional and friendly service, free pick and drop off is a plus in the winter. If you need a car locally, check here first.
