Scam you they will anything to make money off you dont go worst place ever never again and what joke of a company on a friday at noon has no manager in the area told come back monday joke of a company!!!!!

I would avoid this location at all cost especially the customer service rep name Brandon I feel like he discriminated against me. I would rather rent from enterprise or budget. Honestly

If the company didn't hire under-educated staff to work with money, then I think that the company wouldn't be that bad. The staff my friend and I dealt with wasn't addressing our concerns and wasted a lot of our time.

They wouldn't accept that I had my own insurance. They tried to call my insurance company for verification and couldn't get through, so they charged me for insurance even though I provided them with proof about an hour after I left the premise. The actual agent Shannon was great but her manager Praba had a chip on his shoulder.

I needed a rental while dealing with my car insurance after an accident. Discount was great. They were quick to get me in a rental, and called me to check in on things. Thanks guys!
