Budget Car & Truck Rental

a rubbishy leader of this budget and avis. they rental more than what they have. and you just wait until they find it and missing some important dates. (i was wait for 1 day until i cancelled it)also, they can do nothing and just let you do it buy yourself. They can do nothing that you book from their website. She just said she never use their website and can't refund your money. You have do it by yourself and no car. Please avoid it, that you could have a good experience.!!! better to have discount car company and enterprise. they can pick you up and send you back. Almost waiting for 3 weeks, i still not get my money back. I just call the number they did not give me any useful responses.

The customer service here is absolutely amazing along with the cars. Rubina does a great job. I'm very pleased.

Friendly and helpful service. I used this place to rent a cube van when I moved to St. Catharines. Staff were really helpful and processed my rental quickly.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. I would rate them 0 if I could. I reserved a full size car through the Costco website, for my parents to take on a long road trip. I called a day after making the reservation (which was approx 1 week before the intended rental date), in order to confirm they rec'd by reservation, and that everything was ok. I was assured by the Manager, I think her name was Ruby, that my car would be there on the rental date... I arrived early to pick up my full size car, instead, Ruby said they do not have a full size car for me, but here is a Minivan. I told them no way, give me a full size car that I reserved, to which their reply was if I want 1 of the 3 'premium' cars that were sitting on the lot, I will have to pay extra for their mistake. My other option was to wait until 4pm of the same day to see if a fullsize car came in. They called be around 3pm to say no car had come in, but that I could take a small suv instead. I arrived back at this garbage location to find a sign on the door saying back in 20minutes. I waited 25 minutes and left. My parents never went on their road trip. THANKS BUDGET!
