This may be a chain resturant, but the locals were great. The staff was extremely friendly and answered all my questions. The meat was very tender and fresh. The sides tasted really good. The onion straws were a little salty, but that's my biggest complaint. Tender ribs, juicy pork and wonderful brisket. Prices seemed to be fair for the amount of food we got. Looking foward to returning in the future.
Love this place! The food is tasty and the employees are really friendly. I walked out without one of my sides, so I walked back in and I didn't even have to say a thing, they knew and were very apologetic. Gave me a big helping of fries, a free drink, offered me an ice cream, and gave me a ton of coupons. I was more than satisfied, and really impressed with the way they went out of their way. I seriously don't understand why this place gets these one star ratings. The food is so good and the employees are great too! Definitely recommend.
Place is a joke ordered $30 worth of food, didn’t get half my order when I called the next day chuck the manager said there’s nothing that can be done. Management a joke will not recommend unless you want half your order and cold food! My family has owned a restaurant for 20+ years, when you mess up you make it right. Not dickies bbq pit of Perrysburg.
I’m sorry for the bad review, but YUCK! Deets is bad, but this is the driest-no-flavor BBQ I’ve ever had. I’m sorry I spent $40 on Grub hub for turkey, pork, and ribs. Never again. The only thing I ate were the beans and coleslaw.
I got the brisket and burnt ends and it was very dry. My wife got the chicken breast and it was very dry as well. Cole slaw was good until we found a hair. Mac n cheese was the highlight of the meal. I got a dinner roll and it was hard as a brick and my wife got the cornbread and it was very dry. More than likely won't be coming back.Food: 2/5
If I could give them zero stars I would. Please avoid dickeys in Perrysburg at all cost. It’s not worth your trouble, lost time or wasted money. They will get your order wrong or not even give you your items, blame you give you attitude or they will just simply be out of things and not even tell you or refund you. Please take away from my mistake of trusting them & go somewhere else.
Good value and perfect portions. The brisket and ribs were delicious!! Smoked Bbq heaven. Don't leave without trying the soft serve ice cream included with your meal. Yummy!
Excellent food, always great service. Check it out for yourself. The Perrysburg location is the best one I have eaten at.
We love Dickey's! A lot of restaurants changed after covid and quality has slipped. Not Dickey's! Hubby had the brisket plate with 2 sides and dinner roll. The brisket had a great flavor, was moist and not a lot of fat. I had the huge loaded potato and it was good but I like a LOT of butter and sour cream. We both asked for to go boxes and will enjoy at least one more meal from the leftovers.
Rob the Manager is always friendly and is so great with the employees working there. His constant encouragement to the young employees is refreshing. I always hear him teaching and explaining how and why they do things. Great food as well! I asked Rob if he is the owner he replied no. He treats the restaurant as his own! So impressive
