We stopped here for breakfast on Christmas. The waiter was really nice, smiling and friendly, I wish I remembered his name. He even explained our older child his options for eggs : The coffee was good, they leave a carafe for refills. The food was delicious, I had big steak omelette, it was huge, hardly ate half of it also goes with pancakes, the rest of the family had seasonal combos. It was a great start of the day.
Came in on a Sunday for breakfast with my daughter. Christopher was our server. He was really nice. We were seated at a table under an area where the ceiling panel was missing. It's gross to serve food under that. Such an easy and affordable fix. Our drinking glasses were dirty not just water spots. I asked for clean glasses. He then brought our drinks to us in another dirty glass. Asked again for it to be replaced. 3rd time was a charm... I asked for cheddar on the omelet, the order came out with American. It doesn't even look good in the picture lol. Overall, the food was underwhelming. The little one didn't mind it, but I don't see myself going back.
I was intrigued to try the new gluten-free pancakes and was very pleased. They were delicious and the kids loved the fun choices as usual. While we were here someone spontaneously gifted us part of their gift card to help pay for our bill!

My husband, daughter and myself came here to get a late breakfast. The second we walked in, the hostess made us feel extremely uncomfortable with her demeanor and lack of that “hostess” personality. She sat us in a booth where we were given a booster seat for our daughter, which was entirely too big for the booth which was small enough for adults to squeeze into. The server we had asked if we got a kids menu, in which we didn’t because we were told they ran out. She walked away, came back with a kids menu and 2 broken crayons saying “We had the menus but ran out of crayons, I was able to scrounge these up for you.” As nice of a gesture as that was, the crayons were obviously used from a previous child, which we did not give to our daughter. When the food finally came out, our pancake order was incorrect we just let it go, wasn’t a huge deal but the rest of the food was hardly edible. You can tell it sat out for far too long in the pass through window, it was cold, no flavor, and tasted extremely old. We tried to give our daughter the “best parts” of the meal and ended up not eating 3/4 of everything else. The overall service from the staff was concerning, with one server very loudly talking to another server about something old in the cooler saying “well at least it’s not that old I guess”, right in front of the guests. They all had drinks and food right out in the open that they were helping themselves to. Multiple other guests around us were also complaining about their food being cold, undercooked, dirty glassware, etc. Hopefully whoever is managing this restaurant location can turn things around.
Food was good, but we were the only customers there the entire time we were there. That was very odd for a Friday night and the area in general was busy. Had no idea why no one else came in. Love the pancakes!
We did the chicken fajita omelette and the original buttermilk pancakes. They were all good. It's always nice to dine in here.
This place is just so mediocre. The restaurant itself is dingy and boring. Pancakes are good, everything else is eh. Got a steak omelet and every piece of meat was so hard you couldn't chew it.Food: 2/5
Great food great service my daughter loves this place.
It was ok..I had a no frills breakfast. Eggs , hash browns and bacon. 8.99 plus coffee came to 12.50 that's just the way things are these days.
