They deserve a below 0 stars, only putting 1 because I can not post other wise. Absolutely appalled at the reception at this clinic as well as Dr.Dugdale. This practice deserves to be shut down for malpractice. If anyone you care about goes to this clinic I would highly recommend finding a new doctor. Not one but now two reports have been made to the medical board about the disgusting way this office treats their patients & the lack of care Dr.Dugdale has for his “patients” . If you suffer with mental health I recommend finding anyone but these guys as they will improperly medicate you, refuse to fill your medication in a timely manner by not calling on your appointment dates, then say they have NO appointments to fill your prescription until 3 months down the road only giving a sooner appointment when they don’t know which patient it is for they also refuse to accept fax refills when London drugs requests them, & then drop you as a patient when they know full well nobody else will be able to take you on, while you’ve been out of medication for 3 months. & needing other people to make appointments for you due to the way the reception bullies their “difficult” patients. Absolutely appalling, when you patient cries everytime they have to call the office it’s pretty clear you are the problem. This guy needs to retire before he ruins another patients chances at recovery, & the reception here need to be fired or go back to sensitivity training. The WORST treatment I have ever seen in a doctors office, & the rudest reception imaginable. Go anywhere else if you actually want to receive treatment.

I have been a patient with Dewdney Medical since 1980 and have always received excellent consultation regardless of my medical complaint. I have experienced the professionalism of each of the doctors on staff and have received the same level of care and concern for my well being. I do feel fortunate to have a personal practitioner who has taken to time to know me and my personal life allowing exceptional care for me and my family. This group of practitioners feels like family allowing me to feel at ease every time I attend my appointments.

I have had such great care from several MD’s at the DMG. They have listened and have been very thorough. A very organized office, and awesome office manager. My family has been well taken care of. We always get called back with results of tests promptly or whenever needed. I have often watched office staff handle abusive patients at the desk, and they are always very professional.

Been going here all my life. The office continues to adapt according to the changing world - even COVID where they rapidly pivoted to virtual appointments. Dewdney Medical Group is a large diverse group of General Physicians serving Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows but many of their patients come from all over the Lower Mainland and some even further away if they've moved from the area because they like the consistency and continuity of care. Spacious waiting room and lots of parking. Doctors are very caring and thoughtful. Having a large group practice means there is always coverage if your current GP is away or too busy to see you and it's urgent.

I have been going to the Dewdney Medical office for over 10 years. I am always able to get an appointment that works with my schedule. The office staff and nurses are great. My doctor always takes time to see how I am doing and doesn’t only deal with the reason I have gone in. This is a great medical office to be a patient at

I've been cared for by the doctors and staff at this clinic since I was 4, and have always received excellent treatment and follow up. They are community minded and everything a local family practice should be. The office staff are friendly and so helpful as well.

From my time as a private pilot the staff has always been terrific at setting and following up with my medical exams and additional testing. I now see Dr. Dugdale who is excellent and taking care of my physical health as well as keeping an eye on my mental health. Great overall clinic, fortunate to be a patient there.

I have a complicated medical history and have been a patient at Dewdney Medical for 25 years. I am so grateful for the exemplary care that has been provided me by Dr. Dugdale and Dr. Neufeld. I always leave my appointments feeling well informed. The newly renovated waiting room is clean and comfortable and the office staff is professional, efficient and always helpful.

I’ve been a patient at this office my entire life. They service about half the city of Maple Ridge and despite being a super busy office, the doctors and office staff always take the time needed for their patients. Dr. Connor and Dr. Neufeld are amazing and I owe them so much - they’ve both been there for me to see me through the toughest parts of my life. I honestly don’t know what I’d do without everyone at the DMG taking care of me.

My family has been patients at the doctor's office for over 20 years, and their reception staff has continuously been horrible. It is guaranteed that any time you call to make an appointment you are greeted on the phone with the most condescending and "annoyed" tone you have ever heard. This year my mom who has been here the longest out of our family, was diagnosed with stage 4 cervical cancer and is terminal. Due to this, she is immobile and cannot come in for her appointments. The doctor has personally been to our home and has made it available to us that she can call in and get the staff to fill her prescriptions for her. WELL... every time she calls, the reception staff not only are insensitive to her condition but basically ignore doctor's wishes and tell her she's out of luck. Even with my mom crying on the phone, the staff refuse to accommodate her. It is disgusting. Even when I her primary caregiver call, I am also handled in the same way. This isn't just one reception staff member, it is all. The tone in which they talk to my mother is disheartening. They are aggressive in tone, rude and in totality completely unprofessional. We have even recorded the calls and reported them, but nothing has come to fruition this is why I am now writing a review publicly. My family and I are so sick of the reception staff being so disgusting and insenitive to my TERMINAL mother. Also, when you actually go in to your appointment they treat you with 0% respect and the same condescending tone. The only people that are actually genuine there are the doctors.
