Her siblings opened a clinic in Chilliwack & Dr. Judy Schnarr decided to open on her own in the heart of Maple Ridge. Three decades later, her daughter Dr. Kate Piotrowski now follows in her footsteps to continue the family legacy of providing exceptional patient care specifically with patient outcomes in mind. My exam with Dr. Kate Piotrowski was awesome. She really knows her stuff. Then onto the glasses department. They were very great . I ordered my glasses and they arrived on time. Based on my experience my wife also went there for a checkup and new glasses. Together it cost us 2,947.80 Then I went back and ordered new lenses to be installed in my old frames for $746.88. The clerk in the glasses dept., Rebecca, came and gave me my new glasses without a case. Just handed them to me the glasses and that was it. One would think that after spending approximately $2947.80 there for myself and my wife, the glasses would come with a protective case. I am not impressed. I will go elsewhere next time. Pretty stupid for not providing a protective glass case.
Dr Gill is such a nice guy. He is great at his job, has wonderful, kind, gentle manner to him. My kids think he is great! Listens and gave great advice as well as a prescription for seasonal allergies. My sons and my eyeballs are very happy! I am huge on customer service and the ladies at the front desk are nice and seem happy to book appts not like some offices where you feel your an inconvenience. 5 stars for the front staff as well.
I came into this experience having been frustrated with my previous eye care facility. Here at Pacific Eye Doctors my eye exam was done and glasses made. Unfortunately the same situation was occurring and I felt those same feelings from the past. This time when I explained to staff, I was assured that it would be corrected. They, namely Greg, who was the optical staff member that was so patient and actually listened and heard what I was explaining regarding my vision through the new lenses. He resolved the situation and had new lenses made that I’m so very happy and grateful to say, are perfect. To me he is the epitome of someone committed to his field. Each staff member that I interacted with at Pacific Eye Doctors was friendly, welcoming and above all very professional . I would recommend Pacific Eye Doctors Maple Ridge in a heartbeat. Thank you !
Carla who helped me today was so kind and helpful! She was super patient and helped me in navigating various insurance agencies, and the eye exam itself by Dr. Sultani was very efficient! I have been a patient of Dr. Trotter for over 25 years. Dr. Trotter explained every step of the exam and then repeated her findings so that I understood the results before I left, very caring and thoughtful. She always takes the time to listen to your questions, provide clarifications and does not rush you out in your appointment. The staff are courteous, friendly and professional. Special shout out to Brandee and Isabell.
Went for an eye exam and met with Dr. Kate Piotrowski. I’ve been to many eye exams over my 45 years of wearing corrective lenses and Dr Piotrowski was fantastic. She was very thorough and placed much emphasis on what I can do to best take care of my eyes. I decided to take my son to see her as well and he can be difficult given he’s on the ASD spectrum. To my surprise Dr Piotrowski was able to take him thru the entire procedure with ease.
Dr.Gill is great! All the staff are, when I made the appt the girl was great I think Michelle was my phone gal and when I decided on glasses Brigette was fantastic. Highly Recommend.
Excellent service! All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Sundher was very kind and thorough on her exam of my eyes. Would definitely recommend this place.
Dr. Trotter is very approachable, supportive and professional. She goes above and beyond in her care. I highly recommend her for your eye care.
